WE LOVE GOOD FOOD… AND GOOD MUSIC!
We created Cluck ‘n’ Roll chicken because we are truly food lovers! After many dinners, barbecues, discussion, we agreed that chicken and cheese are the best confort food for us.
Then we tried a couple of fried chicken versions and finally decided that the cajun mix spice was the best bride or groom for our local farm raised chicken.
Pour nos frites au fromage uniques, nous utilisons le fromage halloumi pour son goût et sa texture incomparables.
We cook our product at the right temperature to make sure that our chicken and cheese is not unecessary greasy.
So at the end what we love most, is to share a large table with friends and family, full of our fried chicken and halloumi fries, a good Rock ‘n’ Roll beer or a nice mountain water with some lime and listen to good music!

Our poultry is certified IP Swiss, an independent label from Swiss farmers.
They proposed a great alternative with higher quality standards of production that you cannot find under the Swiss Guarantee Label.

MORILLON GENEVA GARDEN
We prepare inhouse our secret spices mix to “rock” our chicken after cooking. We blend premium spices with our special mix os chillis raised in Geneva by the amazing team of GENEVE CULTIVE.
MÉLANGE DE POUDRE DE PIMENT
Au meilleur moment de la saison, ils récoltent les chilis piquants et savoureux qui comprennent :
– Padron
– Cayenne
– Oiseaux
– Fruité
Nous les séchons dans notre cuisine et les réduisons en poudre, puis nous créons notre mélange spécial.

CUCUMBER PICKLES
Les cornichons de notre rouleau sont faits maison à partir d'espèces spécifiques de concombres arméniens élevés dans le même jardin Morillon, au centre de Genève.
Amazingly tasty, they will create a flavorful sensation on each bite.
Nous récoltons généralement ces concombres le jeudi après-midi afin de pouvoir nous reposer après le jardin avec un bon verre de vin en regardant le Mont-Blanc (l'esprit de Genève !).
